Policies
Our policies are designed to create a positive and productive environment for both artists and clients.
Client Services:
We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% upfront for all commissioned artwork. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the final piece.
For commissioned work, we will provide a written quote outlining the project scope, estimated timeline, and final cost. This quote is subject to change based on revisions or alterations requested by the client.
We offer a limited number of revisions on commissioned pieces. The specific number will be outlined in the project quote. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.
We accept cash, cheques, and all major credit cards.
Registration is required for all art classes. Payment for classes is due in full at the time of registration. We offer a limited number of make-up classes for missed sessions.
All artwork sales are final.
Studio Policies:
Our studio hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We recommend scheduling appointments for consultations and commissioned work discussions.
We ask that all clients treat the studio and staff with respect. Food and drink are not permitted in the studio work areas.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
For your safety, please be mindful of wet paint and art supplies.
Miláno's Art Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We respect your privacy. We will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent.
Copyright and Ownership:
The copyright for all original artwork created by Miláno's Art Studio remains with the artist. Clients purchasing artwork are granted ownership of the physical piece, but not the right to reproduce it.
Clients commissioning artwork own the completed piece, but Miláno's Art Studio retains the copyright to reproduce the work for promotional purposes.
Cancellations:
Cancellations of commissioned work require 24-hour written notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the project start date will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations of art class registrations require 48-hour written notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.
